Yoga for Stress Management

Have you ever tried yoga? Many people find yoga helps reduce stress, which can be especially beneficial for people living with a chronic health condition and caregivers as well. It can also help improve strength and flexibility.


This video from the Mayo Clinic is a great introduction to yoga. It gives easy-to-follow demonstrations of the 5 basic yoga poses, with tips on doing each pose correctly. You can try them out at home no special equipment needed and you can do the poses in whatever order you like!
